Terms & Conditions

• Payment Terms: Net 30 days. Overdue accounts are subject to a 2% monthly service charge. Title remains with Alpha Tires & Automotive until paid in full.
• Payment Method: Cheque payable to “Alpha Tires & Automotive.” Please reference the invoice number on the cheque.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply. All claims must be submitted through Alpha Tires & Automotive. Normal wear, road hazards, improper use, vehicle mechanical/alignment issues, and installation errors are not covered.
• Returns: Must be pre-authorized within 30 days. Returned tires must be unused.
• Dealer Responsibility: Dealer is solely responsible for installation, fitment, and proper use.
